RSE Scheme
At Kiwi Crunch, the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) scheme is a key part of how we meet our seasonal workforce needs. The RSE programme allows us to bring in skilled workers from the Pacific to help with vital orchard and packhouse tasks.
We partner with approved Pacific countries, including Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, and others, to recruit workers ethically and responsibly. Our RSE team is a vital part of the Kiwi Crunch whānau.
